Solid Pearl Gray Thin

I ordered this ring as a replacement for one I had from the Aspire collection that had issues (I'm about to write a review for that one too - it was the Retro Floral, thin). I originally decided to get a Groove Life ring when I lost my wedding band, which was white gold. I wanted to get a ring that would be both a wedding ring stand-in (until I got a white gold replacement) as well as a guard ring for my engagement ring. I figured it would also be nice to have a silicone ring for when I'm active and don't want any metal rings on at all.

I realized a few hours too late that I'd meant to order the pearl jade ring instead of this one - I thought having more of a contrast with my engagement ring would look best - this is why I went for the one with the floral print first. I worried that this one might look too much like a "close but not quite" match. Even though ordering this one instead of the jade one was my mistake, Groove Life was kind enough to send me the jade one anyway, even though this one had already shipped.

This one is a very light gray, as I expected, but it looks better than I expected it would when paired with my engagement ring. So I now have two options to wear with my engagement ring. I really love the way both this one and the jade one look on their own too.
